You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to interfere with the service, abuse other users, submit false information or attempt unauthorized access.
Accounts & information
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for providing accurate information. Account activity performed through your credentials may be treated as activity by you.
Orders & availability
Orders are subject to restaurant/product availability, address validation and confirmation. An order may be unavailable or cancelled when an item, restaurant, store or delivery service cannot fulfil it.
Prices
The amount displayed at checkout is the applicable order amount, including shown taxes, discounts and delivery charges.
Payments & refunds
Payment methods available at checkout depend on the service configuration. Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible SwaadMart orders. Refunds, reversals and payment disputes are handled according to the applicable order/payment process.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and can change because of traffic, weather, restaurant/store preparation, availability, location or other operational conditions. Customers must provide a usable delivery address and be reasonably available to receive the order.
Restaurant & delivery partners
Restaurant and delivery partner accounts are subject to verification and platform rules. Delivery partners must keep their profile, vehicle and contact information accurate and must use the delivery dashboard only for legitimate delivery operations.
Reviews & user content
Reviews and other submitted content should be truthful, lawful and relevant. Do not submit abusive, deceptive, defamatory or infringing material.
Changes & contact
